Flights booked but not used
We can't refund if you booked flights but didn't use them—that's between you and the airline
What Counts as "Booking a Flight"
- Confirmed booking with a valid confirmation number
- Flights booked through any airline or travel site
Refund Processing
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days (following your subscription end date)
• You'll receive an email confirmation when processed
• Your membership access ends immediately upon refund
